Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Construction Laborer to join our team at Parham Heating Cooling Plumbing & Electric. In this role, you will assist with various construction tasks related to HVAC installations and repairs. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring our projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This is NOT a supervisory role. 

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on job sites.
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in construction practices.
• Framing, window/ door installations, flooring, etc. capabilities are REQUIRED.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction or labor-related roles is required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy objects safely.
• Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and safety.
• You must have experience in the following:    Flooring, Drywall, Frame Work, Siding, Deck Building/ Repair, Remodeling, Painting.
